Hey Guys!! Did you miss me?? I missed you guys!! Hope you guys are well and keeping safe. Today I come bearing an easy Creamy Pasta recipe! It is so easy and tasty. I love pasta so much, there was a time I was banned from eating and cooking pasta (I think I overdid it). I think you would love this one, without further ado let us get down to business:

You will need:

500g Tagliatelle, Fettuccine Spaghetti, Penne or any pasta of choice

250g Shrimps/prawns

150g Diced Pancetta or bacon

6 tablespoons melted Butter

2 cups whipping cream

1/2cup cream cheese (personally prefer Philadelphia)

3 minced garlic

1/3 cup diced white onions

1 chopped scotch bonnet (optional)

1 cup diced mixed bell peppers or vegetable of choice (mushroom etc..)

1 cup grated Parmesan

1 small bouillon cube (used knorr)

1 teaspoon Italian herbs seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Salt as desired (for boiling pasta)

Alfredo

Directions to make sauce:

1.     Chop all peppers, garlic and onions.

2.     Heat up a pan and add 1 tablespoon melted butter, add the garlic, onions, shrimps and pancetta. Add Italian herbs seasoning, bouillon cube, black pepper & stir until shrimp is cooked and pancetta is browned.

3.     While that is done, bring your pasta to boil with salt till Al dente

4.     While pasta is boiling, take out shrimps and bacon from pan, set aside & add in the rest of the melted butter, whipping cream and cream cheese. Stir until it is combined- while cooking over medium heat.

5.      Add in the grated parmesan cheese, diced bell pepper and scotch bonnet. Taste for salt, add as desired if you need to.

6.     Let it continue to cook for another 3-5minutes until it begins to bubble/thicken.

7.     Toss in your pasta and let it simmer again for another 3-5mins and its ready!

Serve your pasta in a bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Ps: you can add in any meat or vegetables of your choice, doesn’t really need to be shrimp and pancetta, you can add mushrooms if you wish!  Be adventurous.

Till Next Time,
