Gifted culinarian TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS, ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

-  All orders must be paid FULLY in advance of delivery via the provided payment methods (e-transfers, electronic invoice). Alternate Payment methods may be available on request.

- Payments made on Digital products (such as ebooks or related merchandise) are non-refundable.

-  Electronic or Internet orders are only confirmed with an official order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please confirm that the order went through by contacting us as we may not have received your order.

-  Cancellation and amendments of all orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery or by 12 noon on the date prior to the delivery date. Order cancellations received on the scheduled day of delivery will be charged in FULL.

-  All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to info@giftedculinarian.com

- GC reserves the right to change the menu content without prior notice. 

DELIVERY

Orders are available for Delivery within 48hours of the order being made. Online orders are also processed within 48 hours. An e-mail notification will be sent whenever the order is ready for delivery.

GC reserves the right to waive or amend any terms and conditions for custom orders. Client will be notified of such amendments or waivers in writing.

‘Client’ refers to the individual or organization receiving services provided by Gifted Culinarian.

LIABILITY

GC is not liable for failure to provide services due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, any of the following:

act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.

GC is not responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances which include, but are not limited to: traffic delays, act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion. Customers will however be informed and updated on estimated arrival times of goods and services in such circumstances.

Complaints

In the unfortunate instance that you have a complaint relating to our service this would need to be sent to us in writing within 4 hours of the order or event. Please retain any food item(s) which have not met your expectations, and we will make arrangements to collect the item(s) and complete a full investigation.

ALLERGENS
