Spinach Banana Apple Smoothie
If you cannot eat your greens 'drink them'! Its already hard enough to eat a balanced diet so I find it much easier to eat my fruits and vegetables by making a smoothie. Pretty easy and filling also. This is a 6 ingredients smoothie that are easily accessible - two of which are optional. You will need:
2 cups spinach
1/2 or 1 large banana
1 green apple
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/2 cup almond milk
10g ginger (optional but great health benefits)
Water (for desired consistency)
Directions
1. Wash and cut fruits and vegetables and place in a blender. You can also add some ice if you want it cold.
2. Blend away!
Easy as A..B..C and you have taken your greens so convenient!
