Fluffy Pancake recipe

Hello Friends, thank God it’s Friday! If you follow me on social media, you will know that I made a poll asking who would love a pancake recipe. I am keeping my promise to my friends and so here is an easy, yummy pancake recipe for you all to try. The weekend starts tomorrow so you can make pancakes for your family and friends as a weekend treat!

You will need:

2 eggs

1 cup evaporated milk

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

4 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 + 1/4cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

1.     Combine all dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.

2.     Heat up a lightly greased frying pan on medium heat [my tip for not burning pancakes is to fry on medium heat, coming from someone who can burn pancake easily loool! this works].

3.     Combine both dry and wet ingredients in a bowl and hand whisk together until smooth well combined.

4.     Scoop batter onto the pan using about 1/2 cup a scoop.

5.     Flip your pancakes when you begin to see bubbles at the top and fry until the other side is golden brown.

6.     Serve with some fruits and maple syrup!

Please share this recipe with your family, friends and loved ones. Also, don’t forget to let us know how your pancake turns out!

Love always,

Joba
