Easy No cook Pizza Sauce

Hello FRIENDS, on the blog this June there will be a PIZZA SERIES! The next couple of recipes will be featuring Pizza related recipes and steps in order for you to create an amazing golden, thin crust pizza, not those thick crust pizza they sell at at dominoes! Pizza is so easy to make and tastes even better when you get to create your own pizza toppings and sauce! Trust me the feeling of accomplishment after making your own pizza is indescribable LOL! The next couple of recipes will be short and easy to follow, making the process much easier for you. First off will be the Pizza Sauce! What is Pizza without the Pizza sauce LoL? I made my pizza sauce the day before so I would have less to do when making the actual pizza so let us get down to it.

To make pizza sauce, you will need:

744g tomato or 2 x 400g can chopped tomato

135g tomato purée or 1 x 142g canned tomato purée

16g garlic (4-5 medium size garlic equivalent)

5 basil leaves

2 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup olive extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1.     Combine all the ingredients listed above in a blender and blend away!

2.     Home-made pizza sauce is ready, pretty easy to make and it tastes great!

This sauce can be used for at least 5 round pizzas!
